At some point in time, every business owner will ask the question, “How much is my business really worth?”

Performing a business valuation can be beneficial for a small business owner. However, the process of determining the value for a business can be confusing and difficult.

In this CEA Master Class, we cover the established standards and techniques, including examples showing how to reach a reasonable value for a company. We even discuss the methodology of how the IRS places a value on a business.

This course is designed to be especially useful for those participants with an accounting background, but suitable to all CEA advisors. After this class you should be able to:
