    The legal form in which a business is organized can have significant effects upon taxes, owners, funding availability, and business health. Selecting the right form requires knowledge of the legal, tax and administrative differences between the various options available. This section covers LLCs, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, and sole proprietorships.
