Part of the Business Processes Section of the CEA Curriculum


Business process and systems analysis and design sound intimidating. Yet the effectiveness and efficiency of every enterprise depends upon them. Oftentimes systems evolve out of necessity, informally and without consideration of the overall business function. This section analyzes the various systems that interact in an enterprise, and how to cleverly design and integrate them.
